the last 3 times i’ve been here i haven’t been able to get my order taken by the black manager with dreads. tonight seen 3 cars pull off without ordering in front of me and the one next to me. food is good every time i’m here during the day but can never get food at night

On 4/17/2026, at 9:30 AM, I waited behind 3 other people in line for over 10 minutes, and nobody would wait on us or even acknowledge us. There were workers ignoring us, and there was a worker showed up on a scooter, and although he went behind the counter, he would not say anything or wait on anyone either. The restaurant had hardly any customers. I finally left, and got my food elsewhere. Ridiculous. I won’t be back.

I went here for lunch. The burger was good. Just a standard whataburger, so not much to say. The drive through took some time, but it was not a problem for me. The staff were friendly. I had no issues for this fast food restraunt.

I just ordered off of Uber eats and they messed up one of my orders (I said no pickles on a sandwich and they put pickles on), no straws, no napkins, I paid almost $2 for a ranch cup that I never got (I know it's only $2 but it's the principal of the matter), and the container for my fries had oil spots from sitting out too long. The Uber driver was amazing he immediately delivered and didn't have the food for not even 5 minutes so I know that it's not his fault. Please do better next time, I feel like I wasted my money 😕
