  We ordered thru the app and went in to pick it up. We had both ordered medium smoothies but my cup was not even half filled and his was about 2/3 filled. This isnt even the first time something like this has happened at this location and I get that it was lunch time and busy but I kinda want to actually ingest the food and drinks I paid for.

  We ordered biscuit sausage value meals and a buttered biscuit with drinks. We didn't get our full order. It's not the first time this has happened everything we go to McDonald's in Leesville, Louisiana or the one on entrance road it's the same thing, you do not get a complete order there is always something missing. What a rip off. I thought McDonald's was better than this. Stupping to slowly ripping you off like this.

  Very unpleasant to go inside.. Employees don't know his job.. 3 o'clock morning everything is shut down.. Employees cleaning no work from 3 to 4 morning.. Homeless sleeping inside McDonald's with cart, smells very bad all McDonald's.. This STORE fast food ,, McDonald's,, NEED ATTENTION BIG TIME! This is not happening this time no is happening almost every day and night.. Is truck stop together and truck drivers need clean God meals and hot drinks but this McDonald's is terrible service.. Avoid this place big time!!

  This location is a train wreck. Restrooms were filthy, took over 18 minutes to get my order. Which was only a 20 pc nugget fine in. All of the employees were just goofing off in the dining area, ironically eating chicken nuggets. Why let everyone take their lunch break at lunch time the busiest time of the day. I will not return.
