    Morgan if in fact is Her name answered the phone I wanted to address the person whom I was speaking with by name and explain my experience, situation & feelings towards my order. At first she refused her name and she refused to give me the name and number to anyone else in charge other than herself. Was very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. Will be going over her head.

    Don't waste your time or money going to arbys in leesville. You place a order and they don't have something instead of substituting it or giving you a discount , they just tell you to take it as it is so you don't get what you paid for they are rude and disrespectful and can't keep up with their inventory very unprofessional.

    I WENT TO ARBY’S LAST NIGHT AND ORDERED FOOD FOR ME AND MY NURSE. I TOLD THEM MY ORDER AND I REMINDED HER THAT I WANTED A LARGE POPPER. AND THEY GAVE ME AN 8 PC POPPER WITH ONLY 5 POPPERS IN THE CONTAINER AND MY CURLY FRIES WAS COLD AS WELL. I WENT BACK TO TELL THEM ABOUT THE ORDER AND I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER POPPER. THEIR SERVICE WAS POOR AND THE FOOD BAD.
