On top of that, it took over 40 minutes to make one burger, with no one else waiting. Laplace can never seem to keep a restaurant with consistent service and decent customer care. It’s sad… and funny at the same time.
- WKWacanda KeislerDec 5, 20251.0Some coworkers and I ordered from this place on their website and when one of my coworkers came to pick up our orders, they didn’t have mine and hers, but they had everybody else’s, and when she called me and we gave him the order numbers and showed that we already paid for the food at first they didn’t wanna go and honor our order and told us we had to dispute it with the banks, but when she was getting ready to leave they all of All of a sudden said they found the order, but I came to realize now that they didn’t. When she arrived back to work with our food, my order was completely wrong. I got a burger with nothing on it whatsoever, even though I had ordered onions, pickles, lettuce, and tomato with sides of sauces and I ordered some fries which I did not get, So instead of being able to enjoy my burger on my lunch break, I had to take my lunch break to go back to the place and get them to correct my order. I will never order from this place again.
