  I ordered online, got to stall to check in. As usual app has issues, will not let me check in. I moved to a stall to call and let them know I could not check in with app, so they could just bring my food out. I was told told they took my food out to SOMEONE, well it wasn't me. I showed them where I pd online. I talked to the manager, got the feeling he thought I was lying about getting the food . I mean seriously I'm not gonna scam someone for 3 grilled cheese, PLEASE !! They did make my food and gave it to me. It's not my fault it was delivered to wrong car, that's your employees responsibility. I do not appreciate being made to feel like I'm lying. I WILL NOT return to this place !!

  I placed an order on my app and it took one hour from the time I ordered to actually get my food. I tried politely ask an employee about it and she was very rude with her response. I had to get out and find the manager to get my order. I had somewhere I had to be and had already paid for my order. I would’ve been fine getting my money back but they went ahead and brought my order. My water was gross and I threw it out.

  It's America's Drive in and the food is good and the service is fast. The carhops are wonderful and work really hard for less than minimum wage in most cases. They are underappreciated and people should tip them more. As far as the food and drinks and desserts and service, I like Sonic and this one is no different. 5 stars.
