  Wendy’s French Fries: A Spiritual Experience I stopped at Wendy’s for a quick little snack — nothing serious, just minding my business — and somehow ended up discovering the holy grail of my soul. I don’t know who was in that kitchen, what angels were on shift, or what kind of divine intervention was happening behind that fryer… but those fries were FRESH‑fresh. Hot, crispy, seasoned like they had a personal vendetta against every fry I’ve ever eaten before. I took one bite and immediately questioned my entire life. Where have these fries BEEN? Why didn’t anybody tell me? Have I been living under a rock… or was the rock living on top of me? All I’m saying is: if you ever need a quick snack that will change your mood, your day, and possibly your destiny — try Wendy’s french fries. I’m embarrassed it took me this long.

  Placed our order, received drinks with no straws and was asked to wait in parking lot. Waited 30 minutes, drove back through to notify them we did not receive our food. They told us they gave us our food they thought. We said… no? We are literally still waiting for it. 30 MORE minutes passed by and they were dead set on lying saying they gave us our food. Wouldn’t give us our food we paid for or our money back. The white woman and black man working were using racial slurs towards us and had HORRIBLE customer service skills. Worst fast food experience ever. I will be calling corporate.

  picked up some food at 10:30pm and was greeted by an awesome employee Selena. she was very upbeat and had amazing customer service. She had asked me to park and let me know that they were cooking fresh food to make sure the quality was up to par. it was not a long wait at all and Selena herself brought me out my food, hot and fresh. This is now my favorite Wendy's to come to, after this experience.
