  I normally go to the subway on mcneese a few times a week but I was on Nelson, so decided to stop at this location. First, there was only one very flustered girl, Angel, making sandwiches and then her coworker, Dustin, came out later after seeing she needed help and was visibly sweating through his shirt and I didn’t see him wash his hands at any point in time. The customer service was god awful, they both were talking on the phone and barely looked up. At multiple points Angel basically did what she wanted with the sandwich and I ended up walking out because she wasn’t listening and put the wrong toppings on the sandwiches. I definitely understand they may be understaffed, but hygiene is important for food safety. And when all you are having to do is listen to someone tell you how to make a sandwich and correctly put toppings on, then it’s ridiculous to mess it up. Management needs to get a handle on the issues and the people who are working need to actually do their job.

  Food and service seem to be back to their old standards of excellence. Having the right employees makes all the difference.

  Went and got lunch yesterday and it was really busy but Logan and the other worker did an amazing job. Very pleasant experience will definitely be back
