BOTH times they have given me the incorrect sandwich, then when I brought it back to tell them it was wrong, they messed up on the replacement sandwich also!! Like, HOW??. I ordered a number one both times I went. Which is a Maple Chicken Bacon Croissant sandwich. No modification whatsoever. Just simply asked for a number 1 with milk. The first time I went, they gave me the incorrect sandwich. Something with beef, cheese on a muffin. Not even close. I brought it back, they gave me a chicken bacon on a Croissant, with white gravy. I just ate it anyway even though it was wrong. I shouldn't have ever went to that Wendy's again. But I gave it the benefit of the doubt & tried again today. They did THE EXACT SAME THING!! I ordered a number one with milk. They gave me an entirely different sandwich that wasnt even close to whats on the menu! I brought it back, they then gave me a chicken bacon on a Croissant but added cheese. I didnt just eat it this time. If im paying for it, I want it correct. So I brought it back again. The lady got mad at me saying "It comes with cheese". I said well the menu doesnt say anything about cheese, nor does the mobile app, & I've ordered it a dozen times at other Wendy's & never once has it had cheese on it so I think you just got it incorrect. How is it possible to work somewhere & not even know whats on the dang menu to make the CORRECT items!?!? Horrible.
