- CRcar ramDec 16, 20251.0Visited this location Saturday 12/13/25 for the first time. No wait time, we were seated quickly. Waitress took our order fairly quickly, I ordered the shrimp cocktail to start with and wife ordered an alcoholic beverage. She brought out our beverages fairly quickly and couple minutes someone else brought out the bread and butter tray. Took a while for the shrimp cocktail to come out due to Waitress not putting the order in correctly. Another server came to our table with an app sampler but i told her I didn't order that. Our Waitress came around and told us she accidentally put in some appetizer sampler instead of the shrimp cocktail and apologized. So had to wait a few more minutes again. When the shrimp cocktail was brought to us I immediately grabbed a shrimp and took a bite, and felt something strange on the inner side of my mouth. Then realized it was a piece of hair and I was trying to grab it to pull it out of my mouth. I was so grossed out and VERY upset. Put the piece of hair on the plate. Was looking around for Waitress, and after a minute or so she came by. I told her what happened and showed her the hair. She grab the plate and walked to a lady that I believe was the manager. They were like 3ft away I was looking at them exchange words and the Waitress comes back. Waitress did apologize and said wouldn't be charged for the shrimp. At that point I was waiting to see if the manager would come over but never did. That was really upsetting and very unprofessional in my opinion. As a manager of a restaurant you should immediately approach the guest and listen to my complaint about the incident, and offer a sincere apology for the incident, which didn't happen. Also, could have offered to remake it or offer some kind of comp for the incident or something of that nature to ensure that the customer has some satisfaction and to retain my business. But again that didn't happen, so I will not visit this restaurant nor would I recommend it to anyone.
