  Sad to report that this place has lost our business for good. After coming here for years. We have had the worst experience. Burnt food, salty potatoes, slow service, lame excuses when we asked for a redo. Sad stuff guys. If anyone in management reads this please slow down and do it right. Your prices should reflect your service.

  Food was good but our waitress was very rude. She was short with us and got irritated when we asked her questions about the menu. You could tell she was irritated by having to wait on us. She acted like she was doing us a favor. I wish I knew her name. She was an older white lady (in her 50s) and had her brown hair back with drawn on brows. My husband even tried being nice to her and complementing the food and wine, she was still rude. Absolutely unacceptable. If you hate people, don’t wait tables. You’re lucky it was my husband tipping you and not me or I would have given you exactly what you deserved. The only thing good I can say was that our salads and wine were tasty.

  Inside the Golden Nugget. Monday morning, 11am. Ordered Filet & NY Strip. Delicious & juicy. +8 on both. Baked potatoes & salad - good. Cut the purple cabbage in the salad..too much. Waiter got busy which delayed our check & her tip decreased accordingly. Very good meal. Expect extremely loud from casino…

  This was me and my family’s first time at Salt Grass and let me just say everything was a 5 star. From the setting to the food, and most off the great customer service. Our waitress name was Ted and he was so attentive and made sure that our visit was the best, thanks to this location we enjoyed our experience!

  The server was very good but I was very disappointed in my 9 oz filet. Though cooked correctly, the cut of meat was extremely poor... i.e., every bite was fatty and very chewy, not tender at all for a filet mignon. Also, salad was drenched in dressing and should have been put on the side as other restaurants do. The chocolate cake was old and stale, and the coffee burnt. I told the waiter about this and though sympathetic, I was still fully charged. Very disappointed, as a steakhouse of this calibur should do much better. Likely will not be coming back.
