  Ordered the 6 oz sirloin family meal. Everything was excellent and cooked perfectly. The only issue was that one of the steaks was so tough it was inedible.

  Went for our anniversary go every year where to get the Melbourne steak which they took off the menu a month ago so we had to get the ribeye steak it was much smaller than the Melbourne but it was tasty order the blossom onion had to wait 45 minutes for that to come out and the steak took about an hour and a half. The waitress said they were short staffed it

  My previous experience with outback was not good at all. After several months we decided to give the restaurant another try. We were not greeted by the host, a server came from the back with a drink in hand and asked if we wanted to be seated. Then we were sat and told our server would be with us soon. Almost 10 minutes later, no one greeted us, looked our direction, or made an attempt to say "sorry we're coming". About 6 minutes in we see the server who sat us, the host, and the manager walk by and go to the host stand, 4 minutes later they are still there chatting and giggling. There were 4 tables sat in the entire restaurant, nothing larger than a 4 top, most were 2 tops. Ten full minutes without and acknowledgement. We proceeded to get up and leave, passing the host stand, not one of those employees looked up at us or said a word. Terrible experience for a "nicer" restaurant. Staff gets complacent when it's slow and that's when the management should be on top of their game. They were not. We will not be back.

  On February 14th I ordered twice on my app for Outback because the food is so delicious. Well on my 2nd order which was in the evening while it was raining really hard I went to pick up my food and the lights were out. I couldn't get my order or money I paid because system was down. Weather was bad and I understood given the circumstances. So I left and went somewhere else for food. Waiting for a return call to either be refunded or make my order the next day. Well I finally got a call from the manager which remembers my name from ordering so much, due to all the trouble she, the manager reimburse me on her own and I really appreciate her and I pray you have many good days because of your character and making things right. Thank you!

  The food is always consistently delicious atost Outback restaurants. But the wait staff at this location is a whole other matter. We heard the head waitress who was waitre d'ing blow a breath out hard, because she was exasperated that a group wanted a table instead of a booth and she whispered loudly that they were getting on her nerves. She was training someone who was giddy and nervous at her audacity. I started to ask my party covertly if we wanted to go somewhere else. Our waitress was very brief with us and barely checked on us. We paid through the self-service. We still gave her a good tip, though. Idky.
