Our waitress was horrible. Brought us dirty plates that she obviously seen. It was our anniversary and I've waited tables for 15 years. She was not worried about us at all. Got both of our orders wrong plus late on drinks never brought my wine. She needs a new career. The manager was very amazing. I'm not one to complain but she was a bad waitress. Just careless. If I could I would put negative for service.

When I got to Outback to pick up my order I noticed they were extremely busy. I anticipated a wait. However, one of their managers Raven jumped in to help out. Making the transaction of picking up my order smooth. We definitely need more managers like Raven not afraid to help out.

Don’t go here on Military appreciation night. Once got our seat it took 20 minutes to get waited on. The place wasn’t crowded either. We got there at 430 finally got food I’m not kidding 545. So asked waitress to please bring us carry out containers because we had to be somewhere at 6. Waitress was nice and polite. blooming onion good. The blooming burger is a frozen patty. They seemed to be short handed and NOT prepared? Yes we left waitress a decent tip. It wasnt her fault.

Horrible experience. I never post reviews but this experience deserves one. Party of five, three kids, two adults. Ordered three appetizers and drinks. Appetizers came out hot and fresh and waitress stayed on top of the drinks. Ordered main courses, three pasta dishes for the kids, one burger, and one steak dish. About 15 minutes later someone came to the table (not our waitress and never identified who she was) and informed us they were out of pasta. Therefore we ordered the kids something different. 5 minutes later the burger and steak dishes show up. We definitely did not expect that to happen, and it shouldn't have happened. 30 minutes later the kids food arrives. Two of the three orders were wrong. And by wrong I mean one of them was totally different dish wrong, and the other was wrong sides, wrong cook. So everything was whisked away and again we wait. In the meantime the burger and steak dishes are now cold. After about 15 more minutes of waiting I decided to walk to the back and check on the food we were missing. I was met by the bartender who was very understanding and helpful when i explained the situation. She immediately went and checked on our order. She came back and informed me they were plating everything and that she was very sorry for any inconvenience. I was also informed that the restaurant had been out of pasta and we should have been informed of this as soon as we ordered. I agreed because not being informed when we initially placed our order created this entire issue. I thanked her for her assistance and she apologized and told me she would have the manager come and speak with me. It took another 5 minutes for the food to arrive but by this time it was time to pack it up and go. The waitress brought the ticket and informed me they deducted the incorrect food items. Ok.....if I didn't order it then I shouldn't have to pay for it. That part at least makes sense. So I asked about the other issues. The food that sat and got cold while waiting on them to fix the other dishes. I asked where's the manager? The manager that should have already been to my table? Another 5 minute wait. Well the manager finally arrives and behold...its the unidentified woman who came table at the beginning of this to let us know they were out of pasta. She acts like she has no idea what is going on and what I am talking about. Her resolution to the issue 15% off the ticket. That's the best she can do......yeah....Im coming back to this place.....
Suggestion....whoever your bartender was, that is who you need to manage your restaurant. She was way more help, way more understanding, and way more polite than the "manager "you had there. She apparently also knew more than your manager did.

I had my birthday dinner, the waiter took long gave us the wrong food and drinks , by the time we decided to just leave they came out with food in to go box, so he didn’t get a chance to eat with family, and then we had to wait another twenty minutes just to get ticket, asked for to go boxes for the people who food that was cooked wrong ,still didnt get the to go boxes for the group who got there food wrong. We just paid and left food on table. I have eaten here more than a few times and never had this level of dissatisfaction if I could have rated lower would have, but the person who said they where the manager was really nice and apologized ,that was the only thing that was nice about this visit
