- LSLynna StevensonDec 26, 20251.0online deal 6.99 for two well the pizza was completely dark I mean uneatable unappealing and they oh they always come out looking this dark I replied no no I come here before this is my location for when I eat this Brand of pizza and it's never completely black an dark brown hard pizza so they said the oven was making all the pizzas come out that way basically they had the oven turned up high due to the location was obviously getting business and busy so I insisted on a refund.

I called right after, and they put me on hold for almost 10 minutes with no update. At that point I just gave up. I spent good money on this order, and the least I expected was basic customer service. This was frustrating and a waste of time. Definitely not the level of service I expected from Domino’s.
