  Clean place and tastefully done. Staff is friendly. The food is very average at best. Tastes like cheap karachi cart food. The beef bihari was undercooked and chewy. The "haleem" was runny with no body or defined flavors. If only the taste and quality of food matched the high prices. But I guess if you are the only game in town with a captive clientele there is no reason to improve or not to nickel and dime with 3% credit card charges and 4.5% take out charges.

  This is an excellent restaurant for Indian cuisine. I highly recommend it for its rich, flavorful dishes and outstanding customer service. The staff are very helpful with both ordering and service. Overall, it’s well worth the money and definitely worth a visit.😍

  The owner/manager’s behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. From the moment I tried to speak, I was treated like my presence didn’t matter at all. Instead of listening or trying to help, the owner/manager had a very bad attitude, showed no patience, and spoke in a dismissive and arrogant way. There was zero customer service, zero courtesy, and absolutely no respect. It felt like customers are a burden to them rather than the reason their business exists. If you are running a restaurant, basic manners and professionalism are the minimum requirement. Unfortunately, this place completely fails at that. No apology, no accountability, and no effort to fix the issue—just rude behavior and ignorance. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and peace of mind and go somewhere else where customers are treated with basic human decency.

  Restaurants are a service industry. The food, what we received of our order, was good, but I think overpriced. The service was terrible. My wife ordered an appetizer that never came, I thought maybe the waiter didnt hear her, but it was on the bill later. He couldn't understand our drink order that I wanted a beer and a water and my wife wanted a diet coke. He brought her the water and said they didn't have diet coke (my wife could see it in the case) later he brought her a coke zero, which was fine. The waiter was unable to tell me what a dish was, only that they were a big lentil. I wanted to be adventurous so I ordered it anyway, it was kidney beans. They were good, but overpriced. The utensils we were given were huge, bigger than tablespoons or soup spoons. The place wasn't busy, there was no excuse for the poor service. To add insult to injury there was 3.5% convience charge that I didn't expect. We really didn't have a complaint about the food itself. The owner would do well to invest in better front of house staff and some normal tableware.

  There was a horrible smell throughout the entire restaurant. The bathroom smelled even worse, and the odor spread into the dining area. I don’t understand how a place where people are eating can have such poor cleanliness. Even the kitchen area smelled bad. Cleanliness is extremely important, especially for a Muslim restaurant, which should be held to a high standard of hygiene.
