As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Absolutely terrible place. Used to love coming and getting shakes but keep being told it’s either broken or they don’t have them. Never going back and don’t recommend anyone to this place

Not at all as I remembered Checkers to be or as expected. It was this ir McDonald's, we chose Checker's, but might have been better to go to McDonald's.
The bag was greasy, the fries were just thrown in the bag. The fry containers were not placed standing up. Fries have a light batter to them. They had a slight cake flavor to it. The burgers had the cheap "filler" kind of meat. Like the cheap Walmart frozen boxed patties.
The girl at the window did not appear she wanted to take any order.
It was an experience, just an experience, that I get to share with you.
My recommendation...just don't. Don't do it. Keep driving right past this place.
My memory of Checkers is now tarnished. It will never be the same. I should have just kept it an old memory. The old memory was much better than the new one I have now.

I went on September 18 for the burger day at 7:30 pm and the person in charge told me that store didn't have that special of $3.00 Big Buford. The owner didn't authorize....

Waited for them to take care of 6 drive thru customers before they decided to open the walk-up window and tell me, “You can’t order here, the walkup window is closed because we are short staffed!” I then asked, “Ya’ll can’t put up a sign so people are not just standing out here?”and she rolled here eyes and closed the window.

I drove all the way down here from TX excited to get a burger from Checkers! I ordered two burgers, paid extra for bacon, they give me a chicken sandwich with no bacon and 1 burger. The fries were dripping grease and dark brown like they’ve been sitting in the fryer for hours. Im across the bridge On my way to Sulphur, so I decided to call instead, the manager refuses to process my refund for the bacon without seeing the chicken sandwich that I never ordered. She doesn’t even give us the option to come back another time with our receipt! No help whatsoever, she actually caught an attitude like it’s my fault you're handing out the wrong food! There was no accountability, no apologies, and definitely no recourse! The manager is horrible, she really just has no professionalism and I feel sorry for the staff who has to work for her. Why would i spend $10 in gas to get a $1.50 refund on bacon? Just do better, I definitely wont be going back!
