  This place is turning to be a Really bad . Servers Horrible you have to wait a minimum 30 minute for a beer And good luck getting your food . What a shame. I will never ever come to Lake Charles Buffalo Wild Wings again

  Literally waited over 2 hours for some wings at the takeout. Even people in the dining area were walking out. Avoid this place at all costs. Could of drove to the one in Alexandria by the time I got my food.

  I ordered takeout and the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. What’s the point of ordering ahead if the food isn’t even close to ready when you show up? I stood around forever while employees kept saying “just a few more minutes,” which clearly wasn’t true. The whole place felt disorganized and nobody seemed to care that customers were waiting way longer than promised. By the time I finally got my order, the experience had already ruined my appetite. If you’re going to offer takeout, at least have the basic courtesy to respect people’s time.

  Rebecca at the bar literally told me that I could not buy a drink while awaiting a table or I would no longer be able to purchase alcohol during my stay. I further questioned this.. and asked even if I pay the bill at the bar and buy other drinks for the table and she explained NO that no more alcohol could be served as that would be double seating. I have since complained to corporate ASPIRE2B and have left the property and then returned to try to continue on with a meal. All of this seems very unnecessary and definitely not in the sense or mindset for business n to make money or for that fact to take MY money..and I really hope management and corporate sees the review because honestly if I didn’t like Bdubs sooo much I sure wouldn’t come back to this location for the lack of supply of food and ingredients and the terrible service that all customers receive here because waiting for a table when there are so many open a simple explanation that your server will be with you shortly is well worth the wait but instead they explain there is a hour wait..ur customers will wait and they will pay..just let em in and let them pay their bills..honestly it’s very ridiculous

  I didnt like they service and I want be going bk there at all and then on top of that the employee was rude and dont give a damn about they job they don't talk to the customers to let them know about they orders to let them know that they food is late or the kitchen is running behind its a horrible place to eat and I wouldn't tell Noone I know or my friends to eat here
