  We went tonight to use a gift card we received for Christmas. Arrived at 7:18pm, said there was a 15-20 min wait. Sure. We can wait, no big deal. They texted my phone barely 12 minutes later. Awesome, that wasn't bad! We are seated in a semi dark corner , requested a booster seat or high chair for our 10 month old. Took them 20 minutes to bring one, my husband asked if he could go find one and the lady said no she would do it. We ordered an app of double onion rings,mozzarella sticks and something new (cauliflower wings). 4 sauces of beer cheese, Hatch queso,southwest ranch and b dubs sauce ,also new. 20 wings with 3 flavors and some fries. We waited and waited and waited. Finally got our app after 45 minutes and said our food would be right out. The app was barely room temp,only the beer cheese was hot. We munched on it anyways. We waited and waited and waited. 9:10pm and we still have no food. Our 10 month old is now cranky waiting on his French fries we promised him,and hes ready for bed at this point. I take him outside to load in the car . My husband tells the waitress to cancel our order since it still hasn't been made. She swore it would be right out, yet again. He paid for our app and two drinks, it was almost $27 bucks for semi warm appetizer and drinks. Unreal, I have never had such a bad experience at any BWW EVER. **bww reached out via comment but it won't let me reply to the comment . We do not have a receipt to show the receipt number so I cannot do what you asked . It refused to submit without that number.

  I ordered Doordash. A philly cheesesteak sandwich, potato wedges, wings, & a burger. The Philly steak sandwich had NO ONIONS; JUST PLAIN bread, meat, and cheese. The potato wedges was dry and hard (stale) gave them to my dogs. The staff knew they were old and hard fries because they gave us an extra box of regular fries which are not good when cold. We fed those to the dogs too. I called the store to ask to speak to the manager to place a complaint. The employee who answered the phone had an attitude when I ask to speak to the manager and demanded to know the reason before handing over the phone like she already knew they did something wrong. The manager came to the phone and I told her of my complaint regarding my philly cheesteak sandwich. She said, "Hold on." for one second and came back to the phone and stated they ran out of onions for the night. I just said okay. But what the Manager fail to realize is I also ordered a burger and the burger had onions on it. So why argue, when I clearly understand the message "She don't care". This was my first time ordering a philly cheese steak sandwich from them. I couldn't finish eating it because it was dry and nasty. It's funny how some employees don't value customer's money. If BWW are not going to make philly cheesesteak sandwiches to live up to its name, then I suggest to remove it from the menu.

  We were greeted, seated and had the most amazing waitress "LA" The smash hamburgers were excellent..big, very juicy and perfectly cooked. The shredded chicken wrap was stuffed with tender chicken, lettuce and tomato, jack cheese and your choice of sauce or dry rub. And it did not fall apart while eating it. Our waitress LA kept an eye on our table of 4 and made sure our beverages were topped off and if we needed anything. Be sure and request her. This was my first time at BWW and I will come back! I think the waitress and meal prep staff deserve a big thank you by BWW owner and/or manager because the service they give to patrons determines if return visits occur.

  I got the appetizer tray and my friend the 10 piece bone in wings. The cheese sticks were very cold, the onion rings had clumps of dough and the pretzel bites were so soggy, it was as close to raw dough as you could get. We sat as others who came in after us got their food, ate and left. When we asked about our food she said we had been waiting 21 minutes. Sent food back to the kitchen, they replaced the pretzel bites and cheese sticks. The waitress was friendly. It was not crowded.

  Food was good enough but took quite a while to get to the table and by the time it did, the food was cold. I wanted to order a drink, but after the food was served we couldn't find the waiter until we were done and ready to go.
