    Have been eating at the Lake Charles Arby's since they opened a few years back. Food is always great. Service has occasionally been not so great over the years. I had an issue with service a couple of weeks ago and let the company know. I was contacted by the GM Ms Lydia, and she made it right. Thank you once again, as I know how hard it is to find good help these days. I guess you have to keep an eye on morning crews and on younger people in general these days.

    Food was hot, fast and so so so fresh. The manager Kati was super nice and went out of her way to make sure my experience was great. The store was clean and very organized. I will definitely be back.

    The Lake Charles Arby's is very clean, well maintained, and the food is always fresh. If you sit inside the food is brought to you. Lydia the manager is the best!

    Steak very tender but flavor is ok with plenty fat. Approximate $8.00 Me! Never again
