The staff and management here are IMMACULATE. Our server Jessica went above and beyond for my husband and daughter as well as Ashley. They made our experience here unforgettable. 10/10 recommend, and we will be visiting this L’Auberge location again soon just for this outstanding restaurant!

Yesterday we came to Embers to Celebrate my husband‘s birthday. My brother-in-law and his wife traveled 2 Hours, and my husband, twin daughters and I came from Texas 3 hours away To get together and celebrate his birthday for the first time in over 40 years. We actually live in Ohio, but my husband is working in Texas and the girls and I flew in for this special occasion. So to start off my server, Travis was not very friendly. For that reason, I went up to the bar and asked if they could relay a message to my server to bring out either cake or ice cream or whatever they bring so that we Surprise him and sing happy birthday. She said absolutely not a problem. Dinner was served plates were cleared, and we were never asked if we Would like dessert so I went up to the bar and asked if my Server was informed of my request. The bartender said yes, I told him! 10 more minutes went by still nothing so we started to get up and leave and just as my husband hit the bar area. Travis is running with some ice cream. The rest of us are almost out the door, and my husband just looked at Him and said No thank you! A little kindness goes a long way and it may not mean anything to your staff, but it meant something to me and my family because who knows when we’ll see each other again! Extremely disappointed and I will not come back. Maybe Travis should find a different line of work if he doesn’t like his job, he seemed put out that he had to serve us.
Waiter was rude at the beginning,, when taking our order, we said we wanted the filet minion, and he stated rather forcefully, "so you want to SHARE a filet?" It made me laugh, and I told him we each wanted our own. He assumed we didn't have the money to pay our bill. I've never been so insulted by someone in my life, and I'm an older person. Steaks were ordered medium well, and were sorely overdone. Wine was cheap, uet I paid 18.00 per glass. Bill, with tip, was 261.00. I will not be back. Ever. Keep your overpriced menu and your pretentious attitude. Lady who g9t us a table, even without a reservation, was delightful.

I recently dined at Ember Grille and Wine Bar and had an overall great experience with just one small disappointment.
For an appetizer, I ordered the Pork Belly “Burnt Ends.” Unfortunately, they fell flat as they were extremely dry and lacked the tenderness I was hoping for.
That said, the highlight of the evening was the 14 oz Prime New York Steak. It was absolutely outstanding — tender, juicy, and seasoned perfectly. It was easily one of the best steaks I’ve had in a while. The sides were just as impressive. The Macaroni and Cheese was rich and flavorful, and the Au Gratin Potatoes were cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were very generous — honestly enough to share among three to four people.
I also want to give special recognition to the staff. From the hostess to the waiters, everyone went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. The service was attentive, friendly, and truly top-notch.
Despite the appetizer missing the mark, the incredible steak, delicious sides, and exceptional service made this a memorable dining experience. Bravo!
