  I came to have breakfast with my boyfriend for his birthday. I am a Landrys member and had 3 rewards. My bill only covered 2 rewards and a few dollars into the third one. I told the server "Kim" and she took it to her manager. He came out minutes later and told me I had to use all 3. His name was Chris. Very bad attitude. He was eating, so I suppose I interrupted him.i was not pleased with the how rude he was.

  Excellent Service by LaShay Food should be better. Frankly She made the meal enjoyable.Her customer service And kindness Is 1st class. As a long time Landrys member I was very disappointed in the Quality of the food. Please be sure to ask for LaShay.

  Great way to get quick breakfast--Order online the night before and zip downstairs to p/u your breakfast at 7:15a. Had American Breakfast & Croissant sandwich, prepared exactly as ordered. Friendly staff at pickup.

  We dined at Claim Jumper Restaurant inside the Golden Nugget Lake Charles, and overall it was a solid experience. Linda was our server and she was absolutely amazing: attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. She really made the meal enjoyable. We ordered the French toast with a fruit plate and sausage. The fruit was very fresh, and everything tasted great. The atmosphere was good overall and felt comfortable. The only downside was that our table was a little sticky, which knocked it down slightly for me. Other than that, we had a great visit and would definitely come back.

  Honestly just today the waitress decided to sit me (African American) by myself in a closed restaurant next door, mean while in the actual restaurant it’s plenty of tables available. I felt beyond uncomfortable in this establishment. I pray this never happen to anyone else 🙏🏽
