  I placed a mobile order around 8:40 PM on April 10, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t pleasant. The employees taking orders came across as rude. They asked for my name, said “okay,” and then walked away without asking if I needed to make any changes or add anything else to my order. It made us feel like we were bothering them rather than being valued customers.

  Didn't get anything, what i wanted wasnt on the menu. Wasn't aware chicken tortilla soup was seasonal, it's always available where im from. They didn't have chicken noodle soup either. Doesn't affect their quality of food or service, always love chick-fil-a.

  This location is good but they always give me the tiniest nuggets. If you’re going to be handing out crumbs at least throw in an extra one or something! I know they are called chicken minis but dang! $9 for a few nibbles?! Even when I go for lunch or dinner they are still so small. Can we do something about this?(This picture does no justice for how small my nuggets were)

  I was sad that this ChickFila didnt meet our expectations. It was super busy, I understand. Most all Chickfilas are busy. The tables were not being cleaned, the floor was a mess, the garbage was full and overflowing. There was sauce on the wall. The strips were overcooked and the fries were undercooked. There was no ketchup out. I love Chick Fila. The ones we usually go to have super attentive employees, that clean the dining room and refill drinks. This location did not have a full time dining room attendant. They must have been short staffed. Please get more staff and expect Fridays to be busy.

  After 4 or more times of DISAPPOINTMENT... I just have to give a review.. the 2 young men managers.. just DO NOT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE..THE WORDS " MY PLEASURE " MEAN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ! THEIR FAVORITE WORD IS NO ! So I'll just tell the latest one.. because my review would be too long. Our family Loves Chick-fil-A.. we Love the Cobb Salad.. so today we were going to share a salad..so we asked for an Extra salad bowl so we could split the salad.. they gave us a very small container..I said I would like the larger salad bowl so there would be room to mix the salad dressing.. so one young lady said she would go get one..well here comes the young manager and informs us..that he cannot give us one... ( which they've always did in the past ) so I said if you'll do it this time ..I'll wash the container and keep it in the vehicle..for everytime we eat here..he said No ! .my husband offered to buy a salad container and he said No ! . So we got a * REFUND.. and they got a * BAD REVIEW.. we left and went to Whataburger..they split a Cobb Salad for us and we each got a salad container ( same size ) and a Free drink... So.. I'm thinking we can start a Fundraiser to Help * Struggling Chick-fil-A with their salad containers..and also to raise money so they can afford the police to direct their traffic..when their drive through is so backed up..that you cannot turn into Walmart... there have been lots of almost wrecks.. because of Chick-fil-A negligence..... * note the last time I went and had a * TO Go order..I checked before I left.. and was missing some of my order..So i told the other young man manager..and he said..he had No complaints..All day.. until me... hmmmm
