Since 1976, Casa Manana is honored to have you as our guests. We have been preparing only the freshest Mexican food for our guests.
Every morning we cook a batch of salsa and fry crisp tortilla chips. We marinate our fajitas for a minimum of 24 hours to ensure the most tender product, and grill them to perfection! We base our business on “word-of-mouth”; therefore we take great pride in delivering award-winning quality and the highest standards around.

- MWMary WithersApr 4, 20261.0Went to Casa Manana for birthday dinner service was horrible order a sampler , multiple people at my table also order one didn’t get mines until 2 hours later everyone at the table hade 4 firecrackers on their plate I had 3 called the manager he started to say that I already ate one when I just received my food . Then another person in the party got 6 . The Service was horrible even though they gave me a discount I was very unhappy because I didn’t get my food

I’m sure it was “my fault” I wasn’t verbally clear enough. However Kevin took the hit for it. I am so sorry for that. I double tipped him and offered to pay for both Chimy’s. He again said he told the back that it was his fault for not understanding the order. I was my fault. I didn’t speak clearly enough. Thank you for Great Young men like this Kevin. Integrity! Well mannered! Great employee I’m sure. Thank you.
