  Fish was freshly done, fries were cold, no dipping sauces for the mozzarella sticks or peach cobbler roll. Service was ok. Didn't get a receipt.

  Bread was soggy, sodas were flat and no ice in either machine. Sauce dispenser was empty on all the Sauces. Fries were fresh

  Best Arby's by far. The food is always fresh and delicious, and they have an excellent staff that treats you great. Lydia is the GM and she is a complete perfectionist. Has this Arby's running great.

  Have been eating at the Lake Charles Arby's since they opened a few years back. Food is always great. Service has occasionally been not so great over the years. I had an issue with service a couple of weeks ago and let the company know. I was contacted by the GM Ms Lydia, and she made it right. Thank you once again, as I know how hard it is to find good help these days. I guess you have to keep an eye on morning crews and on younger people in general these days.
