  Ordered our food at the counter and as I paid a cockroach ran across the counter…yuck gross…the counter worker didn’t seem phased! We got out chili’s etc, didn’t eat there as it did not look clean - sticky counter, dirty windows, stale smell. We were greeted when we came in, nice, but can’t make up for roaches and dirty-greasy restaurant. Where is the manager, owner? We will never go there again and suggest you don’t either !!! May seem ok from drive-through but you just can’t see the cockroach 🪳 from there…

  3 star only because crew was nice. no straw, napkins, large frie looked like a small and burger had no flavor [i mean i could not close my eyes and tell it was beef] $15 for the meal I could have gone grocery shopping

  Waited 25 minutes inside for someone to take our order and the manager went off on us for asking someone else to take our order for one frosty and then yelled at us for asking after being on the phone.

  The chili has changed and the meat in the chili are big chunks of a hamburger. I was given the wrong burgers and the fries were greasy. Terrible experience. Don't waste your time.
