  Ordered on mobile app to make sure my cheddar peppers was hot and fresh.I pass up another sonic because I was in a rush to get to work never ate all day so I just wanted something fast .Upon getting there I waited about 10 minutes for the order which should've been ready when I got there.Got to work ready to eat couldn't eat it as it was so old and nasty 🤢 my drink was amazing but those cheddar peppers looked like they been in the warmer all day and they just wanted to get rid of them .Called and asked for a refund I was told they could refund me because I had two items on my ticket so they offered me more cheddar peppers and a large drink ..So I told her I didn't want more cheddar peppers I wanted my money back . Unfortunately I couldn't get my money back I was giving the option to get something else on the menu but after my experience I don't want anything so I'll never go back at night ..Very horibble

  The one on Jackson street extension is the best. Or it has been. I've never had bad luck there and I thought their $6 Smashburger deal was probably the best deal they had on their menu.

  Ordered two All American BACON Smashers and got no bacon. My drink had a few pieces of ice and was half full of limeade.

  So ten minutes after the lit the food is on the way sign food showed up cold and wrong. They gave me a single when I ordered and paid for a double. Never will get another dime from me.

  I love going to sonic from their drinks.In appetizers, like cheese sticks or jalapeno poppers.
