  I ordered an oreo blast with 2 toppings. I waited alomst 20 minutes and I believe the person who was originally making my order left his shift before either bringing or letting someone know to bring it out to me. When I asked another employee about where my order was they finally brought it out to me. They also informed me that I should’ve been called for it while waiting that long.

  I paid for the wrong order didn’t know until we left and waited over 30 minutes. I was upset but was in a rush to get daughter back to school we ate what we could. I don’t know what happened with management not having it together that day. Please do better, other customers who waited for their food were more angry than I was.

  You buy their food and after we ate we drove to the exit and no trash cans. Now I am driving around Lafayette with a bunch of food filled paper bags. That is what I call getting everything out of the customer and giving nothing back to its customers. Last time I go their customer

  I pulled up to the drive-thru at about 11:30. It was about 11:45 when I finally got to place my order, a small Reese's Blast. (There was me and another car in the drive-thru). At about 11:55 ish, the lady came out to my car to tell me they were out of Reese's . Thanks for wasting almost 30 minutes of my lunch time. I stopped ordering food from Sonic, now I'm going to stop going altogether. Does anyone care about the job they do anymore? It seems like when it was highschool and college kids working for minimum wage, the food was better, the service was better, and the employees seemed to enjoy their jobs.
