Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. Went to this location lastnight/morning aka 1am. Fast service great food. They got my order right which other fast foods always mess up how we want our burgers dressed. The girl serving at the window was nice and polite. If I’m ever that way again I’ll return.

Came in after Mardi Gras with some friends. I’ve had Whataburger before and it’s usually a very large, good, juicy burger. This time my burger wasn’t very juicy – not bad, just a little underwhelming compared to past visits. I would definitely come back, though, because the service at the front counter was good. However, the atmosphere felt pretty dirty; the floors were greasy and slick and didn’t seem very clean. I’d rate this location lower than others I’ve been to mainly because the cleanliness and overall atmosphere felt off compared to other Whataburgers.

After years of hype and build up, it wasn't what I was expecting. Not terrible by any sense, just not excellent. And the service? Well, we won't go there.....
