- KBKalan BroussardFeb 15, 20264.0I frequently visit this location, and my interactions with Charles have been consistently unprofessional and discourteous. He does not greet customers, does not acknowledge basic courtesy, and has repeatedly hung up the phone without so much as a closing response after I’ve said “thank you.” On my most recent visit, when I asked if everything was okay, he stated that “everything is just going bad.” While everyone has off days, it is unacceptable for customers to bear the weight of an employee’s mood. His demeanor makes ordering feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued transaction. This reflects poorly on the entire location and needs to be addressed
