Honestly, one star is being generous, and it is only because the people working there are not completely incompetent and unwilling to work with you. But somehow they ruined the food so terribly that it was practically inedible; the one star is only for the chips and cheese, because it would really be something awful if they messed up the chips and cheese. Please just drive to Johnston St. location, I know it's miles away but it's worth it. And never order at the Drive-Thru, the app is the only thing left that is worth going to Taco Bell IF the food is any good.
