  So I normally get food here on campus in between classes and today I parked my car and walked around the drive thru (so that I wouldn’t get hit) considering we’ve had multiple incidents on campus. Well as i’m walking around the building this older lady with blackish glasses opens the drive thru window and just starts hollering. I looked around confused if she was yelling at me and simply responded to her that I was going inside questioning if she was talking to me. She repeatedly ignored me and continued to holler that I was going to be towed about 10 times and slammed the door shut. The way she was being was absolutely disgusting! mind you she was hollering at me hanging out of the drive thru window as i’m walking into the building… I understand that students may park here but there were maybe 3 cars in the parking lot- there was absolutely no reason she had to break her neck to scream at me without even knowing where I was going. This is not the first time I’ve heard about this same lady screaming at people. It’s a college campus! If you don’t want to work where students are going to come and eat then quit your job. I was having such a good day until this lady was very unprofessional and rude to me for simply walking by the building. I will no longer be coming back here. It’s sad because the younger employees i’ve encountered here have always been nice and welcoming. Such awful people in this world.

  Exquisite service! WOW, just WOW. Workers were extremely nice (ALWAYS ARE) and the food was so quick and fresh. This is the only Taco Bell that has exceeded my expectations. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TACO BELL JOHNSTON YOU ROCK 🤘
