- BWBrian WilliamsNov 15, 20251.0Made an order through the app. Bread was toasted even though I selected not toasted. Selected pepper jack cheese got American cheese. Asked for extra mayo and sandwich was so dry that if I had selected regular I might not have gotten any at all. How hard it is to follow an order. I can tell you because I have worked at a Subway before. It is not hard. These employees obviously don’t know how to follow instructions and don’t care. Trash. I’ll spend my money elsewhere from now on.
