  Disabled customer with service dog refused service and humiliated I visited this Subway on November 14, 2025, around 11:30 a.m. with my fiancé, my aunt, and my trained service dog. From the moment we walked in, the employee Brittney was hostile. She immediately told me my dog couldn’t be there, even after I said he is a service dog. She accused me of trying to “get away with” something, demanded “tags or a collar” to prove he was a service dog (which is NOT required by law), talked over me when I tried to calmly explain the ADA rules, and then said she was calling the police. Another employee stood behind the counter the entire time, watched this happen, and did absolutely nothing to step in, de-escalate, or correct her. In the end, my family and I were refused service, humiliated, and forced to leave simply because I rely on a service dog. As a disabled person, this felt like blatant discrimination and a complete disregard for the Americans with Disabilities Act. The only good part of this experience came AFTER I left, when I called another Subway and spoke with a manager named Mr. Warren, who was professional and helpful and told me how to report what happened. His behavior only highlighted how badly this particular store handled everything. Subway corporate needs to pull the video from that day, retrain this location on service animal / ADA law, and make sure no other disabled customer is treated this way.

  This place should be shut down and the man who got hair in my food, mumbled every word he said to me, and overcharged me on my food should have a required drug test. Me and my wife went in for two sandwich combos the woman who made the first half was extremely nice however the man who made the second half got hair in our food. The drinks all tasted like blood for some reason and gave both me and my wife terrible stomach pains. The food was mediocre like it had been set out for a while but I cannot reiterate this enough THERE WAS HAIR IN MY SANDWICH 🤢. I only gave 2 stars to atmosphere because at least the tables were clean. The woman's toilet was clogged according to my wife, the men's restroom was disgusting, and the drink station was horrid. If you need a place to eat, do not stop here, at this point just make your own sandwich it would be a much better experience.

  It was the worst sandwich and drink I have ever gotten. Subway club, I asked for toasted it was cold I asked for mayo and the put ranch. The Pepsi that came out of the machine didn't taste like Pepsi. It had a very bad taste to it. It was almost like the never cleaned it.

  Horrible service. Everybody was rude and seemed to be bothered except for the younger gentleman fixing my sandwich. Thanks to him ONLY, the female that works there caught a attitude when she seen my phone to my ear (I was on hold btw so I was still able to order properly) I always tip but I happily pressed skip today. Been here multiple times before and never had an issue always was greeted and treated nicely except for today. I’m big on good service & they lacked that today
