    We went to Saltgrass on the evening of my 28th Birthday. We had several drinks, including a Pomegranate Mojito, a Grilled Pineapple Rita, and a Whiskey Sour. The drinks were good except for the Pineapple drink. My wife and I shared a Tomahawk steak with grilled Brussels sprouts and smoked Mac n cheese. The Brussels were a bit burnt, but the flavor was awesome. Would highly recommend. The Smoked Mac N Cheese was pretty bland. It is supposedly a premium side, but all that meant was paying a premium for a mediocre macaroni. The Tomahawk was not good. It was under-seasoned and overcooked. They butchered what I was looking forward to all day. I was big sad about that let down. We ordered medium rare and received medium well. There was hardly any pink in the meat. The waiter had curly hair and a mustache. He was very responsive and polite. He represented the company well. The vibe/atmosphere was nice.

    Wow! This place is above and beyond! The food was amazing! Very flavorful, perfectly cooked, and steaming hot when it arrived at our table! I’m was extremely impressed! We had the bourbon glazed bacon for our appetizer and honestly I could’ve eaten this as my meal..it was that good! We both had a steak which was absolute perfection! No A-1 needed with these steaks..yes that good! Portion size was more than enough with more than enough to take home. I had a Don Julio margarita and it had plenty of tequila and it was made in house not from a mix! Our server Cortney was definitely a 5 star high end server! Extremely attentive and very kind! Perfect place for anyone wanting a fantastic evening with dinner and cocktails!!!!

    The food is awesome, the little waitress is awesome. Highly recommend go in and ask for Megane she is so wonderful.
