  I am here actually arrived 850pm...but doors are locked...very disappointing. I stop for not only my sip club while on the road but my other needs.

  If you want to sit down for a nice meal DON'T come here. I came here for dinner and the staff was so loud yelling and cursing that I left. I have never experienced that before. It was a shame because the food was pretty good, the yelling staff on the other hand was unacceptable. If it was just yelling, it would maybe be ok.....the yelling of curse words constantly was to much. Don't bring your kids here

  We have ordered food from Panera in Lafayette several times over the past couple of months. Our orders keep getting cancelled on the app. We make the drive out there and they tell us they are either out of food or they are cleaning up for the night, an hour before closing. Tonight we ordered from the app for pick up, it was cancelled, we made the drive out there to order in person anyways, and they said they are not taking orders because they had too many orders because of the weather, it wasn't even 7:30pm yet. Almost 2 hours before closing and they refused to make food for us. The staff is lazy. When we ordered and actually received food the last 2 times, the salad containers are less full, and our sandwiches were sloppy with hardly any ingredients in them, basically 2 pieces of bread with sauce and lettuce, maybe 2 small pieces of chicken. For the money I spend there, I would expect better service and quality in the food.I don't know how the manager is allowing this kind of service or the food quality to be so poor for their customers, but they need a serious change. Do better Panera.

  I often order the southwest salad and it's great. Ms Jennifer is amazing to customers.

  The prices are to high and food not enough but delicious... id eat there more often but for 15 for a sandwich and not being full is a problem
