On top of mold on my sandwich, I had to wait +15 minutes in line. I wished I didn't make it all the way home before noticing my sandwich... but the person who prepared this, should have caught this. I couldn't eat anything else that I ordered today and will never eat here again. Again, I'm highly disappointed. I hope this can bring awareness to the team and improve so this won't happen again and hopefully not to any child or visionally impaired individual.

People stop here because they think its super nice like the stuff around it or they don’t want to wait in the Chick-fil-A line ( so it's a Sunday) or they’re hoping for something different, but by the time they leave, they’re probably wishing they’d picked anything other than that McDonald’s.

A customer walked up to the counter asking for a refund because the kiosk had promised him drinks that apparently did not exist in this universe. He had ordered several, so naturally he wanted his money back. But then things took a turn. The manager told him he couldn’t help since the order was placed at the kiosk. When the customer asked if he could at least get some food instead of the missing drinks, the manager said he couldn’t give him his money back or swap it out for a $3 meal item because—wait for it—“he would lose money.” So instead of the three large milkshakes the man ordered, the manager offered him… icy drinks. Not quite the same vibe. By the time our food arrived, the whole situation felt like a plot twist no one asked for. Honestly, the experience was memorable—but not in the way the restaurant was probably hoping.
