  Came here when they first opened and expected a long line, but coming here a couple months later after opening and it seems like they still haven’t figured out how to be efficient, the drive through is a ridiculously long wait just for drinks and the coffee is just ok. Not to mention I ordered ahead and it still wasn’t ready when I got to the window.

  Anna is hands down the BEST part of going to Dutch Bros. Her energy is unmatched and she makes every visit way better than just grabbing a drink. She’s incredibly friendly, always smiling, and makes everyone feel welcome the second they pull up. You can tell she truly cares about the customers and the experience. If you get Anna when you go through the line, you already know your day just got better. Dutch Bros needs more people like her!

  I LOOOOOOOVE THIS PLACE!!!! the coffee is so yummy and the staff is so sweet and awesome sauce and hype and mystical magical.   Dutch Bros coffee is so good. They also offer sugar-free syrups and caffeine-free options for the little ones. The atmosphere is absolutely alive and great! My granddaughter wanted some Cool Whip. She wanted the barista to squirt some Cool Whip in her mouth, of course, that couldn't be done because of sanitation purposes. The barista did the next best thing and made my six-year-old granddaughter a whip stick. She could've just said no, but she went the extra mile to make a child happy in that very moment. It's the little things in life that really matter. It doesn't take much to be kind, but a lot of energy to angry. BE KIND!🌸🏵🌸🏵

  I'll never return to this place! This is the second time I've pulled in and I pull into lane one and from the window back I'm fifth car in line which is right in front of where a car would be lined up if I was in lane two. Wait 15 minutes because they are so so incredibly and I mean incredibly slow at this location. And a vehicle pulls straight into Lane 2 and what do they do they take his order first after I've been sitting there for 15 minutes. They were too cheap to put outside menus and they should be paying attention to who pull into the lanes first especially when it takes 15 minutes before you even get close to having your order taken. The absolutely slowest service in all of Lafayette especially for coffee. Can guarantee you I'll never return to this location
