This has happened the last 2 times I picked up as I had to wait in line almost 20 minutes to get my order that I ordered online. We love Dominoes pizza but am seriously thinking about going some place else. I do not make an order on line to have to wait 20 minutes in line due to incompetent people at pickup window. I also had an associate one time ask for a tip at the pickup window. Totally unprofessional.
