Our food experience was horrible!!! First we were given tainted fish--they told us they would take it off our bill (because I wouldn't eat it). Sweet tea wasn't sweet. Manager didn't even know what kind of meat was in Philly cheesesteak. (It says on the bag, beef) Wow! What they didn't say was that it took away our special pricing. Instead of combining food into meals with play cards, everything became a la carte. 3 meal deals with cards were supposed to be $40/each...the bill turned into $163.93 even after taking off $11 for the fish. Buyer beware!!!! We will never go there again.

Around 4 pm Had a 5 person party for a small birthday get together with family for my Fiancée. after getting sat, First greeted by a server (great girl) She moved us to another table which is fine being we usually aren’t a picky family, being a bartender I fully understand how things work in a restaurant. As we get moved over the server we are Im assuming we are being transferred over too, was right next our table, finishing with another table. Me and my fiancée sat there for about 5-10 mins waiting for our new server to greet us. Time goes by and still not greeted, as she walks back forth past us. The girl who originally moved us, approached us again and asked if we were helped, I told her no. and she proceeded to take our drink order, and appetizer. She comes back with our waters and a few moments go by Finally the New server approaches us with the beverage we ordered from the bar She introduces herself ( i don’t remember her name just remembered her name tag said “Fishing” under her name) and apologized for wait that she was “By herself” After our introductions, she left the table and we sat and waited for the rest of our party.
Soon two more guest arrive and then moments later the server comes up again, asking our newcomers their drink orders ( only ordering waters) We debated our options for food with her, we were very indecisive so we asked her for some more time, while she grabbed everyone else’s drinks. Or we thought. She had another couple at a table behind us which she already had when we walked in. As we waited for our new comers waters, minutes later our fifth person finally arrived. Our server was standing behind us talking to her other table for some time which is okay, but after she was done talking with them she approached us again asked if we were “doing okay?” No waters for our new comers, Didn’t greet our new guest and apologizing for being “By herself” For how slow it was in there, especially that time of day. We told her we just needed our new comers drinks, and kind of just sitting there awkwardly, took our fifth persons drink orders and walks away.She comes back with our waters and Finally, it came to ordering time, Me and My fiance ordered the $10 wings. He got 20 all boneless i got 10 All bone- in. Time goes by, wings come out wrong, My fiancée’s came out 10 bone- in 10 boneless And the order I put in, was never put in. then a big party for a young girl with multiple party guest with her, starting to be sat in our servers section, and as the guest started to sit in her section, Along with a three top of a woman with her children she seem to start to kind of panic and opened up to us saying she was by herself. Didn’t seem like she could handle the two tables she already had. As I server i understand feeling overwhelmed. But The fact that we were there for a very long period of time before those other tables arrived, and she had no other people to attend to, nor was really anybody sitting in the restaurant portion of the restaurant. She could of been New and Genuinely over whelmed in that moment of time. And honestly, if she was a new employee seems like there maybe to be some extra stages to training that needs to be taken, I feel that That a manager should have not given her such a big section, if he knew that she could have not handle it even for how small of business was there in the time frame. Nor did i feel they should of sat two tables back to back on a possible “New” server.
The manager he didn’t really do much besides watch the games on the screens next to us entire time he walked around instead checking on his Customers throughout the building. For such a giant franchise in a city with very much great potential to be better, Just maybe if the staff act like they kinda cared about their jobs. Maybe people wouldn’t write reviews To tell you how your business is failing, And you wouldn’t acquire three star reviews. Thanks anyway, Won’t be back for while.

Ordered 2 plates of Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and Frazzled Onions through Door Dash at a premium price. Look how they advertise the Frazzled Onions "Thin red onions strings hand-breaded and fried to a perfect golden crisp."
Then look at how they arrived to us. Who in their right mind would have boxed up and sent out burnt food like this? Disrespectful and pathetic service.

From my 2 adult son’s birthday Dinner this was the worst decision I made. The food, the service the management the employees horrible. I paid $25.48 for a burn 10 ounce sirloin that I ordered medium well the server I only seen him three times and never refilled drinks never did anything but rushed us basically to get out of there when I told him my steak was burnt and asked to speak to the manager. He didn’t come back to the table for another 15 minutes after another 15 minutes which amount it’s about 30 minutes. I had to call A hostess and a bartender they wouldn’t even help me and the next time I was there there was a lady a hostess lady who had to get his attention and tell him to come and bring the check. Never ordered the steaks over there and never think you’re getting a good mail or any kind of respect for management because they don’t value the customers.

It’s a mistake to dine-in not because of the foods but because of the service we received from our waitress (TK W). It was horrible! Horrible! She didn’t come by to ask how everything goes and didn’t even bring out the water my husband order from the beginning. When our foods came out we asked for some pepper and cheese for our flatbread but till the end there nothing coming. When we were done with our food we waited for so long that we have to walked all the way to the back to ask for our waitress for our check. And for the worst part is she automatically selected 20% on the “SUGGESTED GRATUITY” without letting us know then let us input the amount of tip we would like to tip her. Did she already know that she is going to tip herself 20% no matter what that’s why she doesn’t care about the service she gave for our table? She never show us the bill only told us the total of the check in her wireless handheld device.
