The reason I will not be coming, and leaving 1 star is because you received an honest, in-depth, detailed review from a repeating customer and you crapped on it. The review was from a Mr. Polk regarding a Super Bowl event your establishment held and the response from the OWNER was "looks like we crushed it." No Dave and Buster....you in fact did not crush it. You didn't even read it Mr. Owner. I'm sure it'll do little to your business, but I can live without visiting your establishment. To Mr. Polk. I read the entire review and still had planned to visit this afternoon. That was until I read the response from the owner. Thank you for your review and know that people do read them.
- SVSelena VigneauxFeb 27, 20264.0I brought my granddaughter to Dave and Busters for her Birthday. We had a great time in the arcade. Then we went to eat. All we ordered was Nachos We didn't get our food for 45 minutes. TK was our waitress and she said they were short handed in the kitchen and they also had a Big group of kids. I was glad she took the time to come and tell us. Later on Roger the manager came and apologized for the delay. I wasn't happy but glad he came and talked to us. He made it right by not charging us for the food and gave my granddaughter a dessert. We left happy and the food was good. We will go back. Thank you TK and Roger
- RBrhen broussardFeb 16, 20261.0Place is a total rip off. Most of the games we played didn’t even give us the amount of tickets that was listed on the machine. If you hit a “jackpot” the machine acted like you didn’t even play a turn yet. And most machines took your tokens but the screen was frozen so you couldn’t even play.
