  We came here for Monday night football and that was a huge mistake. We thought we could eat some good food and have some nice seats to watch the game. We were wrong. They tried to sit us at the bar and said all of the other sections were closed off. We even tried to go sit in the section by the big TV setup and a person came over to us and said this section is closed you can sit at the bar. No, we are the customers we did not want to sit at the bar. We wanted a booth or something more comfortable to watch the game. So we ended up leaving and had the best time at walk ons; they had the game on, sat us in a booth and we could hear the sound. Dave and Busters absolutely failed in this situation, we did not feel welcome and they should have just served us where we were sitting. We were the only customers there at the time; It’s honestly not that big of a deal to let your customers sit where they want. Dave and Busters lost our business that night and I have a motto I like to follow. “Treat your customers right and profits will follow.” I would suggest on slow nights to have every section open instead of making your customers sit at the bar, it should be like “Welcome to Dave and Busters, please sit anywhere you would like.” Thats the secret sauce to your success moving forward. It will be awhile until we come back; we are still extremely disappointed and talk about this moment every now and then.

  I had a great time with my girls here, and they certainly enjoyed themselves too. They have a large choice variety in games and everything is done on a score card, so it makes it a lot easier to play. Stop by with your kiddos and enjoy some laughter and fun.

  Food taste awesome and fresh the wings are some of the best alcohol selection is great the service was good despite being busy our server was super friendly aswell heck even the water was really good only problems are the small amount of games to play but I understand they are probably expanding 5/5 also it is probably not a location specific thing but I was disappointed that I could only win a limited amount of tickets on 90 minutes of playtime I didn't know that when I chose that option for my card either
