As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I placed my order on the Checkers app (kept glitching although out the process) and the order finally went through after a few tries, however, when I got to the window, I was told they were out of EVERYTHING I ordered. I ordered a Classic banana milkshake, 1 MVP meal Deal w a double cheeseburger, and 1 Chicken Bites & Fries Box and they were all out. I then asked for my refund and they told me to go to the app, but the app kept telling me to contact the store. The workers were lost and didn't know how to process the refund either and the manager was not in so I'm out of money. Terrible experience.
- JJJenJan 30, 20264.0The food was hot and good. Let's face it, it's fast food drive thru. So given the expectations, it was fairly decent. The prices are very competitive and reasonable. The specials are really where they shine. The food itself was hot and cooked right when I ordered it, not sitting under a heat lamps for hours. All the veggies seemed fresh, nothing was starting to rot or turn. Overall given that they are a fast food drive thru it really was decent and when I crave a hamburger this place will stay on my list.
