  I had a very disappointing experience at this location because of an employee named Julian. He was extremely rude, loud, and hostile during our interaction. Instead of speaking respectfully, he was yelling at me as if I were a child, which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and respect. It's unfortunate because the food itself is amazing -- the Philly cheesesteaks taste great and are always satistying. However, no matter how good the food is, I will not tolerate being treated with disrespect. Customer service matters just as much as the product. Until this issue is addressed and professionalism improves, I won't be returning. I've also shared my experience with friends and family who often ask me for restaurant recommendations. I truly hope management takes this seriously, because this location has great potential if the service matches the quality of the food.
