  We have been going to the Bonefish Grill for almost a year, the first visits we had a very good waitress who knew the menu and her suggestions were awesome, from what I remember she used to be in the army. The last two times, we had a different waiter, his name is Hayden L. He placed our plates with food on top of the menu, didn't even bother to remove the menus from the table after taking our order. This happened both times. No bread was served neither time and even though the restaurant was no busy, he took an eternity to bring our meals. My husband asked for an unsweet tea, he got it sweetened. I ordered the Pomegranate martini, he did not ask me if I wanted water or not. I ordered a Rainbow trout and it was undercooked, whereas I know this was not his fault, if I had requested it to be cooked more, probably it would have taken an eternity. I understand that starting to work somewhere requires training, but clearly someone is failing somewhere. This happened both times and our bill was around $140 each time. Not to mention that one of the times, they had a deafening kitchen fire alarm going off for nearly 30 minutes and the fire brigade had to be present, the restaurant was not considerate regarding their guests, did not offer any compensation at all for the aggravating experience. Definitely reconsidering whether we want to continue going to this restaurant, there are definitely others to explore in Lafayette.

  I love bonefish Grill. I noticed different locations are a little different in terms of the atmosphere. The atmosphere dislocation was very relaxed and a bit quiet. However it wasn’t to where you couldn’t comfortably converse with friends and family. Our waitress was very attentive so that that’s always a plus. The food came out in a timely manner, and it was pretty good.

  I ordered the Ahi Tuna today. Both were incredibly salty as if someone accidentally dumped salt and didn't want to redo, this was a to go order. Believe it or not the olive oil for the bread was the only thing that wasn't too salty and it had pit that I almost choked. I'm someone who act likes salt. This was insane it melted the bed of lettuce underneath. All three sauces as well were INCREDIBLY salty. This was an instacart order and I could not get my money back because it's an issue of how the restaurant prepares or seasons is up to the establishment. This was unbelievable. With a lone piece of bread. I've never eaten here and remember watching this restaurant being built. Whoever is working tonight. You all need to check the soy sauce, the chilli sauce and the the yellow sauce. I couldn't tell you what flavor because it was that salty. Also the soy was everywhere, but the lid was closed. I'm betting someone in a hurry put the container in there then out the sauce and spilled it. I really wish I could get my money back or something. Both tuna's were absolutely terrible.

  The hostess was cleaning tables and had us waiting for a while only to say we are not taking walk-ins. Only reservations with plenty available tables at 8:30 pm and they close at 10:00 pm. Sounds fishy to me.

  Went here with my family for dinner, food and atmosphere were both amazing! But the best part of the night was our server, Jerry! Incredibly friendly and helpful, not to mention patient and funny! We were all raving about how good of a Waiter he was, truly made all of our nights. Thank you Jerry!!
