  Sara with no H took my order yesterday. As a former new englander was so happy to have a Dunkin in town! Try new flavors while they are there i got butter pecan and a glazed donut :)

  I have always loved dunkin and have waited 8 years for this. Glad to see they finally opened one here in town. Since they have opened, I have recieved great service, they always gets my order right, friendly staff and as always, it's inexpensive.

  I was glad they open a Dunkin donut in Lafayette. I travel alot for work and been to Dunkin everywhere else in the states. The one in New Iberia is letdown and also far. My impression the place clean and nice inside but I was there early morning. Howevery customer service is lacking we in Louisiana where the southern hospitality. They didn't say welcome when I walked in till I said hello. They however said it to the lady who came in after me. I ordered my drink at the kiosk. There was some customer inside and drive thru. When the drink was ready instead of calling my name they just called the drink I ordered. So I didn't know it was mine till they looked at me. I've been to alot of dunkin & when you walk in they say welcome and call your name when your drink is ready. So at this point it a disappointment. What crazy how they are allowed to open next door to a Tea & Coffee shop ( TEATERY ). NEXT time I come in the area it for TEATERY.

  Stopped here during a really hectic, stressful day, and getting my iced coffee quickly and back on the road made it so much easier. They seemed slammed but Cassie still took the time to be genuinely kind and helpful. Really appreciated it!

  I normally NEVER write reviews about places because I never complain! I got the same coffee while the morning shift was working and while the afternoon shift was working and I will say the afternoon shifts was better and the morning shifts tasted nothing like what I ordered! Not to mention I wanted to pay some cash and some card and the cashier didn’t know how to do it (management do better). If you want a GOOD coffee go in the afternoon!
