  This store is so efficient and professional. There was a small error on my order and they rectified the situation quickly without a problem. I love this location

  Bought a hand tossed pizza and got a thin crust pizza. They told me to send a picture which i did. Called back extremely rude. The worst service I have ever had. The customer service is the worst. Hung up on them. This is why there reviews are so low. Need to get better people who know how to give great customer service.

  I want to give KUDOS to the manager Lauren @ the Carencro, LA location. I had issues with my order and was treated very rudely by a worker when I called to report my issue. Lauren called me back after I contacted corporate and provided such courteous and prompt customer service and offered a remedy to my inconvenience. I appreciate her and the hard working staff!

  I've been on hold off and on for an hour trying to cancel my order seeing as the estimated time was 30-40 minutes then got a notification that it was going to take an hour and a half. Horrible service
