- PJPeyton Johnson6 days ago1.0Busy location, but which Chick fil A’s aren’t these days. Walked up to no line to order a sunjoy and cup of hot water to warm my babies bottle. Yet there were about 3-5 employees to include 2 managers talking in a group. Waited another 10 minutes before someone came to take my order at this point the line is out the door. Just to be told I can’t get hot water because it’s a liability issue yet they sell hot coffee. I’m then told to just get water from the bathroom because it’s hot. Please make it make sense and do better!
