    Is stars are for Madison. When you ask for a customer phone number, explain that you have a reward program and with your purchase you can get a lot of points which can go towards further purchases. Also, when a customer asks you if there are any up charges on items, don’t say no and the receipt says otherwise. This practice is tacky.

    I was waiting for 20 minutes without any server coming. Another table came after me, and they got served within 10 minutes before me. So I waved at what looked to be a manager to get their attention to get service. They just waved back and went back to talking to their coworkers ignoring me totally. I just got up and left

    If I could give a 0 I would because who gives stale wings ? I never asked for that I ask for bone in barbecue sauce wings not stale and everything is cold will never purchase wings here again
