  Customer service at the drive thru window is poor. Sandwich wasn't made very well either. It's a one and done for me. I see why it's always empty. The kids in Laplace display poor CS skills.

  3/5/26 About 7pm Jimmy John's was not crowded at all. I could see they had a lot of call in waiting to b picked up. So I made my order it was the roast beef combo. I got the potato salad instead of the chips, and it was very good. The roast beef was excellent. I would go back to Jimmy John's.
