    This was a last minute stop on the way out of New Orleans and I was shocked at how fresh the food was. We ordered a double quarter pounder and a 10 piece nuggets.Bathrooms were in need of a refresh, but everything else was great 👍

    The other reviews are completely true, I've never seen worse employees in my life. Super rude, order was completely wrong, fries super cold, the buns were rock stale. Employees had random people behind the counter and kitchen taking food. These people should all be fired. If this is your franchise you need to consider a fresh start at your location.

    Staff are here to avoid work. Will walk right past 5 ppl at the counter won't say a word You can be here for 10 minutes with out a single employee saying a word to you. 25 min wait for service if you get it at all.

    I ordered at 2:07, only two cars in front of me. I pull up to the window and they ask me to go park in the drive thru spot to wait for my order. It was a simple order, just a double quarter pounder meal. As I waited, three cars behind me received their food. I didn't get my order until 2:25!!! Then my fries were over cooked and all were small, like I got the bottom of the bag! Completely unacceptable having to wait almost 20 minutes for such a simple order!! 😡
