  This location used to be the very best location in the New Orleans Metairie Kenner area. However, after they remodeled and gave it a nice little facelift, the service and quality of the food actually went down on top of that they have the nerve to sell fish sandwiches the size of white castle burgers for almost 6 dollars.. Now this is a McDonald’s thing and not this specific location thing as far as the food costing more and more and getting smaller and smaller. However, no matter what time Of day or night you come in regardless of how many people are working here everything is slow and then on top of that they have the nerve to make you wait like they’re preparing your stuff fresh and then bring it out to you lukewarm or cold like what the hell is up with that? The other night, I sat in line forever just to get up almost to the window, where you had to pay multiple people left the line after ordering their food, which I also did and went over to the location on Esplanade before they closed and at that location, wouldn’t you know? They only had two employees in a long line which they got out of there in a timely fashion. They definitely wasted their money on the upgrade. I would take the previous service over the new look any day!!!

  Drive thru very busy tonight... Had to wait a bit but always worth it. Consistency is key and what makes it so good.

  Do you know anyone that tells you normal words . He says no he only seen people outside that are from airports everywhere And he makes believe that as he goes but are friends .with them

  Got a quarter pounder and the meat wasn’t cooked , didn’t realize until about 3 bites in i genuinely hope I don’t get sick …and it’s crazy bc they still took a while to give me my food , it could’ve at least been fully cooked for the wait

  Very busy location. Makes sure to get orders right and make them fresh. I've seen a few problem customers: all have been handled with grace and patience without slowing other patrons down.
