  It’s really zero stars for me. Straight trash — like y’all just refuse to get it right. I pull up to the drive-thru, place my order, and by the time I get to the window I’m questioning if I was supposed to be taking the order instead of them, because they still don’t know what I asked for. Then I order an Oreo McFlurry — and mind you, it’s like $4 now, but whatever — and they hand me a cup of plain vanilla ice cream with a light sprinkle of Oreos sitting on top like it’s decoration. No blending, no effort, just vibes. One scoop in and the Oreos already gone. Like be serious 😭

  Shake machine down again! Either get working equipment or remove items from menu. Shake machine is NEVER OPERATIONAL

  Terrible. Never gets your order right Why do they seem to always substitute quarter pounder with chicken nuggets Had 2 quarter pounder. Did not even get 1
