  Honestly, the service is terrible. Once, at night in my car, I waited 30 minutes for service and no one ever came. I went to the window to see if they would help me; there were two or three employees, and they didn't even bother to look after me. It's a disgrace, especially at night. Seriously, if they want to sell customers there, they should provide good service and hire decent staff, or else they should be garbage, especially the night shift staff.

  I went through the drive through and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. The fries and the drink were great and the service was good. The texture of the chicken though was rubbery. Sometimes I'm not very picky and will often just shrug it off and eat stuff anyway, but this was so unnerving that I reflexively spat out it. I'm sure that I could have gone back and gotten it taken care of, but the point of the drive through is convenience and expedience. They need to get that stuff right on the first time because people aren't going to come back. If the food isn't right they'll just stop coming altogether.

  Every time I come here, they tell me I’m waiting on potatoes! I love it! I would rather wait on my potatoes for breakfast then to get some old soggy ones! That’s good for food cost too, so you don’t have a alot of food Waste! VERY good manager here in the morning! THANK YOU FOR MY FRESH POTATOES EVERY TIME I COME! Smile

  Tayja was great! She packed our meal perfectly to go and offered all the additional condiments. Made my day to have such a great experience during midlunch at a fast food joint! Thanks for the hospitality!
