- TBTodd bumgardenOct 12, 20251.0I placed an order online through the papa.John's mobile app.I proceeded to order three pizzas and a drink.The drink was mug root beer.This store location does not offer mug root beer anymore.When my uber driver that they submitted the order to proceeded to pick up my order, they proceeded to give him any drink out of the refrigerator instead of a drink that I ordered.When the uber driver contacted me and asked me if I wanted a substitution drink, I said no.I would just prefer a refund.They proceeded to tell him that they could not do the.Refund that it was I could take the drink or nothing at all. I then proceeded to call the store.And as I was explaining the situation, the gentleman that I was on the phone with told me there was nothing that I can do.The only option they have is to give me another drink.That they could not offer me a refund.This store is horrible by all stretch of the imaginations.I would highly recommend shopping somewhere else. For your pizza needs.
