    They take forever. Also get the order wrong. Last time they didn't give me one of my burgers. Fish sandwich is expensive too. Called customer service. They acted like they would du something but didn't.

    Welcome to Mcdonalds in Kenner where you get asked to wait one moment when youre the only person in the drive thru but are then skipped four times by other people, then get told “oh thats cool” with a snarky face, and get given bland fries without an apology from any of the staff you interact with. Rarely ever have an issue with this place but this is out of line.
