Everybody is joking and playing around while my sandwich is getting cold because I have to wait on fries. The fries were hard as a rock I couldn’t even eat them and the burger was overcooked! I will not be back here at this location!

We ordered 2 burgers and a large fry for $30. They didnt put extra fries in the bag like they used to. When we went to check out and place our order, the cashier got a phone call answered it and then walked away without telling us anything. We we were standing there... waiting. Until someone came to check us out. If Im paying $30 for 2 burgers and 1 order of fries at least have customer service. NEVER GOING BACK to this location.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries.
